Yes this is where the shoe pinches ... but you say a very hard thing ,he is already into the business and I cant kick him out when he is needfull and willing to help . I think you verywell understand my situation ,how would it be to shift him in the marketing and we ask him to make a marketing concern of his own . And we support him do this work for us
,is there any sense in doing this and if we do it this way what share do we decide for him .This is really a hard problem for me and everyone to whome I seek advise my family ,friends prefer not to give any advise to me .

Human relations are really complex to solve .And all the management fundamentals fails against long term true friendship ...

I appretiate any help that could solve the issue constructively .
