#61613 - RE: 8051 Business Sharing Advise Responding to: ???'s previous message |
I need advice on humanitarian grounds and welcome each one of you
A well paid happy employee is much more stable than an excessivly paid unhappy employee. Anyone of worth to a company should be paid well, but above a given amount no money makes a difference. Profit sharing can backfire dramatically - one year you 'share' $10.000, the next there is no profit and it will be seen as a paycut. Take the individuals wife to lunch (NOT secretly) and you will learn a lot. Erik |
