What you want is whats called a public key cryptographic system.
Basically you can use some unique feature of your customers setup to generate a hash and from there a public/private key pair. You can then happily send out code which is encrypted to each customers private key and only the system which can generate the same hash can decrypt the code. The details are a little more complex but its do-able. |
