Hmmm.....does expressing that the universe has an age imply a finite nature to the universe? If one says no and one were to support the concept of an infinite universe then that can be extrapolated to being able to bring an infinite number of resources to bear on the code crack problem. Of course this implies having to engage the services of some intellegent green lizzards or some clever whispy gas cloud folks...but maybe that is the subject of another discussion.
