interestingly I was reading a paper from Durham universtity where they are working on quantum computers which if they ever get them to work would solve problems like factoring huge products of prime numbers almost instantiantly because all the answers of a given problem are present in the state of the system and it sort of colapses out if you look at it,or if your cat looks at it cross eyed or something like that. |
