I found difficult to change an output frequency
say with xtal 12M with cpl p1.0 will out a 100kHz.
But to get 95 kHz I don't know how, So I lower
the chips's clock using an external clock to the chip.

This way can produce output from about 10 Khz to
200 kHz with a good resolution. But I'm worrying
will cause an internal defect to the chip to
cause the chip to fail soon.
So far it is working (2 weeks up to this posting).

Any opinion, please.
