the short word of "ol'52" and "Cygnal" and "high clock derivative".
"good ol'52" is a 'standard 12MHz '51. "high clock derivative" is a derivative such as the Cygnal f12x which can be clocked at up to 100MHz. You can not clock a derivative at a higher frequency than the datasheet allow. Erik |
