Yes - throw that lot in the bin and use a modern derivative with onboard flash and RAM.
Also EPROM 27C512 (64KB) means you need a device programmer and an UV eraser. If you select "a modern derivative with onboard flash and RAM" and get one with ISP you will need neither programmer nor UV eraser. Erik |
