Yes - throw that lot in the bin and use a modern derivative with onboard flash and RAM.

Also
EPROM 27C512 (64KB)
means you need a device programmer and an UV eraser. If you select "a modern derivative with onboard flash and RAM" and get one with ISP you will need neither programmer nor UV eraser.
