"I think the rating is in the eye of the beholder.
A suggestion such as "use pullup resistors on P0" may get "useful" from a rank amateur, "wrong" from someone that recognizes that the chip in question can be configured for push-pull output, "did not search" from someone getting tired of seeing the same problem again and again and a rating of "not useful" from someone that think "everybody should know that". "

This is exactly why I think that the rating system is totally misleading and should be abandoned.
