Well Steve, Continuing to use the UV method would have been my first choice. I already know how to do it and the equipment was certainly a lot less expensive. Unfortunately, it's getting harder and harder to find the materials/consumables to do it with in these parts. Moreover, I must say that I like the idea of being able to load my gerber data and just send it to the router without having to go through all the interim steps (generate transparency, reversing film, expose resist, develop resist, repair resist, etch board, lather, rinse, repeat...).
