harder and harder to find the materials/consumables to do it with in these parts I'm in the middle of Los Angeles County, but I use mail order to supplement the retailers for my UV supplies. Although I don't really consume that much, just the treated (positive) boards. I'm starting to run low on Ferric Chloride (picked up a few gallons of 42 baum in 1968). The positive resist developer is only NaOH and it lasts a long time. Patterns, negatives, etc.: I print two copies of my positive artwork on inkjet transparency film, overlay them (for density), and expose the board. From artwork, I'm ready to drill in 45 minutes. I normally do .012", but .010" is possible with extra care. |
