Datasheet of T89C51RD2 I have here, does not indicate that this chip has SPI controller at all. Anyway, I work with AT89C51ED2 (AT89C51RD2 + 2k EEPROM). Its datasheet indicates SPIX2 bit in CKCON1. Regards, Oleg |
