Correct, it doesn't have SPI. "Anyway, I work with AT89C51ED2 (AT89C51RD2 + 2k EEPROM). Its datasheet indicates SPIX2 bit in CKCON1." However, this document: http://www.atmel.com/dyn/resou...oc4239.pdf does discuss the AT89C51ED2 , and contains some helpful information not present in the AT89C51ED2 datasheet. It also states that SPIX2 is bit 7 of CKCON0. It's just another example of Atmel's abysmal documentation. |
