#76427 - RE: iButtons security Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Hello Well if a physical security is provided to the wires of the communication (like all wiring within the secure premises and only readers are exposed to outside world) then the system can be protected. i'm not very expert in the field but no security system in the world is 100% secure. take example of SSL, ofcourse SSL message can be decrypted but the cost of decryption is os high that nobody would like to decrypt the message (i have read that SSL encrypted message can take 100 years for a computer to decode). so no security system is 100% secure but if you make the cost of security so high that no body dare to break it.
