Hi All,


For the ones who cant find the various ready made chemicals Required or get them on higher prices for Evaluation PCB making here are some preperations.

1. Eatch Resistant ink : substitute is Screen Printers PVC ink which is low cost and fast drying. Better Ask your screen printer to transfer the image onto copper clad board by screen printing.


2. Eatching Solution: you can use following preprations.

A. Ferric Chloride 75% W/V (stains clothings floor etc relatively slow)

B. 1 Part Hydrogen Peroxide 50% + 1 Part Conc. Hydrochoric Acid + 4 parts water.(very fast).

3. Tinning Solution: sulphuric acid 15 Ml/L + Thiourea 13.4 gms/L + Tin Chloride 4 gms/L Aquaous Solution

4. Oxidation Protector:good Quality fast drying Transformer Insulation varnish.


Please consult all the things related to the chemicals before you use them and take care, follow safty rules otherwise accident may occur.
