FC solution is stable and can be used multiple times. I Avoid Etching at higher tempratures because it affects the stability of the some eatch resistant inks.you are absolutely right that at higher tempratures it eatches fast. only drawback is stainig which can be avoided by rubber mats and Hand gloves .FC powder is not as stable as solution and should be kept in air tight bottle. Eatchin time also depands upon the stirring.

You can not store this solution for long time but its cheaper and time saving as it can etch the same board withhin 30 to 45 seconds. But releases toxic fumes.

About The tinning soltion, it can not be stored too. For stability i used to make it on two parts

part A 1L Deionized water + 15 ml SA + 4g Tin chloride. this is stable.

part B: ThioUrea Powder 50 gms aprox gms

and mix them in proportion when required
