I liked your answer because it makes sense!! Environmental concerns need to be a top level consideration these days. Home hobby circuit board etching results in used chemicals that need to be properly disposed of. Does that happen? Probably not usually and the hobbiest makes a hole out in the back yard. (Which is a very bad thing!!) As engineers with a consience toward the environment we also need to exercise care with which vendors we choose to have build our quick turn prototypes. We need to make sure that they do not just have a drain pipe out the back wall that pours into a nearby pond or river. Michael Karas |
