You are totally over exaggerating the situation here in the US regarding the unavailability of lower cost quick turn boards. I suspect that your experience is based on a history from 10 or 12 years ago OR you are trying to mentally justify the equipment you have in hand to make boards. Whatever the case I would invite you to check out these two links... AP Circuits Sierra Proto Express Give one of these a go for one project.
