#79135 - Code library now automated |
As I've mentioned recently I am in the process of a major revision of the website. My intention was to make all the changes public at once but I decided it would be appropriate to go ahead and make the automated code library available immediately.
Registered users may now make submissions to the code library automatically. Just go to the "code library" page, click on "Submit Code to Code Library" and fill out the data on that page and attach your file. Your contribution will be visible immediately. You may also update or delete your contribution at any time. Those that have already contributed to the code library should find that they can update or delete their contributions by clicking on the appropriate "Edit" link next to their name. If, for some reason, you find you cannot update a file that you have contributed in the past then please contact me so that I may reassociate the file in the code library to your account. Currently files can be submitted as Code-Assembly, Code-C, Hardware-Schematics, Hardware-Other, Applications-PC/Windows, Applications-Linux. The latter two are for 8052-related applications. Perhaps freeware assemblers, etc. If we need more categories please feel free to suggest them here. Hopefully this makes the code library easier to contribute to and will in turn cause the code library to grow faster. Regards, Craig Steiner 8052.com Webmaster |
