I looked at this one:

While this might be all fine under normal conditions, I wouldn't like to trust it in the event of a fault - I very much doubt that the audio transformer would survive even a few full cycles of 120VAC... survive? even worse, the insulation between the windings probably will not handle the voltage = possible 120V at the "ground" line. I found a wrong design, Andy found a dangerous one. So, now, please ignore my previous disclaimer and avoid this site at all costs. Erik |
