If you look up the definition of half duplex it doesn't mention any control signals. Those are part of RS485 rather than part of half duplex.
As long as you assume Flash Magic is in control of the communications during ISP and only one device on the half duplex bus is responding, then it can perform ISP over a half-duplex bus. The control signals are another matter. :) |
