#83023 - "Simpler" is not the objective. Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Hi Erik,
Read on, Macbeth. KISS is not the objective in this recommendation. To the contrary. The objective is to see everything go on in as up-close and personal a way as is possible/practical. I go on to point out that once he has done this once, he can (and should) switch to FLIP or something else. I also don't recommend he make it his standard practice to compile his own executable, or convert it manually into Intel HEX format. But I do think everyone who does this should do it at least once, just for the learning exercise. By the way, you're dropping the ball. Shouldn't you have posted the Bible links by now? ;) Later, Joe |
