#83819 - ... it works.
Responding to: ???'s previous message |
I just received a reply from Mr Agarwal. It contains a much more detailed statement of his problem. Yes, it _is_ the vector display. His (or their) problem is, nobody told them that there is a beast called DAC. He knows how to move the trace around, varying voltages on X/Y inputs using a potentiometer; he asks how to do it from a 51. Now I have a problem: 1. Mr Agarwal after being ridiculed on the Forum, finds it no more a source of relevant information and sends out a couple of personal mails. I answered him, so he finds me more useful than the Forum, which is wrong. 2. In my response I asked him to post the details to the Forum into the same thread he started. But it is closed now. Shall I recommend him to open a new thread?- this is again the rules. So tell me, what shall I answer him now? Is this example convincing enough? Jan Waclawek |
