Depending on needs, if the user just joined or has negative karma or such, the question could start in the "locked" state and unlock only when given positive karma.
Besides, the moderators should be able to revert their moderations once enough additional info is added, as I see it very unlikely that a question with -4 non-specific/vague question has any good chance to get +2 Good Question necessary to unlock it even after enough info is provided. |
