I think there must be some way to embedd operating syatem on mcu and use threads in it.Then it wont be a big problem.

You can wait till the cows come home for a positive response to this one. for 4800 baud the bit time is 400 uS and the best response I have seen from an URTOS is something linke a millusecond. To get a noise resistant detection of 4800 baud you need a resolution of no less than ~50uS. There may be many other devices but I have to care for many things in product, and still stuck to 89c51 "I have to care for many things" That is exactly why you may not be able to get by with a soft UART.
