But if someone already uses a strong transmitter, then it can heavily interfere with your application! So, in any case you should find out, whether 433MHz is already used in your country, who uses it and what intensities are involved. Here in Germany 433MHz can no longer be used in certain applications because this frequency is used by too many people. We then need to use different carrier frequencies.
