i am also new to linux graphic-apps , and i definetly not going to spend time learning a new API , that's why i looked for a cross-platform solution. there is wxWindows (similar to MFC) that works on windows & linux. also there are .NET enviroment for linux so you can develop on windows , and run it on linux.
(never tried it yet though...). |
