Are you saying here that I shouldn't connect VPP/~EA to VCC (i.e leave the way it is)?
I do believe that the problem solution succesfully suggested most often in this forum has been "connect !EA". My best guess is that at least 30 threads have been resolved by that statement. Tyupically this has been the response to "why does one chip work and another not" It is "NOT EXTERNAL ACCESS" (of program) so, to use internal code memory, it must be tied to Vcc or Vdd (two names for the same thing) Erik |
