#87986 - Some more pesty details. Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Hello Ian,
The programmer sends ASCII data to/from using XON/XOFF flow control at 9600 baud 8-N-1 data format. File transfer is ASCII Intel hex format. Each character sent will get a XOFF so that the 89C2051 can do its thing and when its ready it will send a XON so that the master computer can send another hex Intel ASCII byte. To program you would send a control W, activate your file transfer in your communication program and wait until the device is programmed. Regards, Charles Bannister |
