You certainly have options, the first of which is that you're looking for a service which can have nothing but electronic data as its final product. The manufacturing data will be a set of Gerber/NC files. Any hardcopies of the design can be in the form of .PDF files. So you can farm this work out to anyone, anywhere. Don't limit yourself to getting local quotes.

Look under the "Chapter Contacts" to find the people most local to you. Try getting more quotes from a broader area and you will get a better idea, not only about how they calculate rates, but what rates are high or low.
