#89103 - basic question on 8051 eprom access
Hello, i'm new on this board.

I've a very very basic question about the 8051 that i don't understand.

I know that this microprocessor contain a 64kb space for program memory, and i can use an external eprom for storing the program, but... how do i tell where to find the start of my program ?
Does it do it automatically when he find nothing inside ??

I've developed some little applications on my evaluation kit board in C language, but i never understand how the micro know that my software is not inside but outside...

Please help me understand :))

Thanks
David
