Sure. Here we tried Samsung K9F6408. This is 8Mb x8 NAND Flash for about 5$. But due this part includes factory and future invalid blocks and needs with bad blocks support with software framework so we droped its usage. Moreover, with current project we do not need with speed but capacity. So we switched to MMC. Regards, Oleg |
