I have to make the exact unit and test the light intensity and see. So if i get enough intensity i could lower the On time. and if not i'll implement a simple variable constant LED On time based on the RPM .
In 6000 RPM LED's refresh rate would be about 100 times/sec so lower intensity will recompense with more refresheh/Seconds .
