#103063 - 8051 ds420 in close proximity to HV |
Wondering if anyone had ever used an 8051 in close proximity
to HV. I've got a flyback transformer running around 20kv output, and I'd like to run the output through a bunch of resisters to make a voltage divider circuit which outputs 0-5V or so, and feeds that into a ADC which the 8051 then reads. Purpose being, I'd like to be able to display the approximate voltage output on an LCD display, as well as other stats of the system such as driving frequency. (which would range from 10-45Khz) There would be optoisolation between the resistor divider network and the ADC; im more concerned about electromagnetic fields. Any thoughts? |
