#103098 - Measure low voltage primary side xmfer
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Hello Jeff,

Why not measure on the primary side of the high voltage flyback
transformer. The results should be proportional on the secondary
side of the HV transformer. Use the below circuit as an example you
could put two equal resistors (i.e., 10K maybe) and measure at the
center point which would give you a 0 - 6 VDC (0%-100%) signal. Feed
this into a 8 bit analog bit controller (ADC) and you have the job
done without worrying about the hassles of high voltage.
