I don't think Erik nor Andy nor anybody else would refer you to the "bible" automatically, without knowing for sure you WILL find the answer there. Of course, they/we might quote form the "bible" and ocassionally it happens; but it is too time consuming for us to find, copy, paste etc. The effort to find it should be on the OPs side.
