I'm sorry Jeff and Tony, but you pay the Tacobell guy or your garage mechanic (probably indirectly, but they are hired help), so you expect and are entitled to demand civility.

You don't pay a bean to Erik, yet you'll get good help for free if you don't GIGO. His brusqueness (which only appears I note, from frustration at lack of info), is a small price to pay for that help.

Keep it up Erik, I don't always agree with you, but anyone who gives as much as you do deserves respect.
