Dear friend
Inductive sensor gives always small signals, afer the inductive sensor you have to use unity gain amplifier ((OP07 op-amp ic) with +5v & - 5v dual supply). and then you have use some inverting amplifer circuits, then you give to 74HC244 at the output of channel A, The 74HC244 out is get good signal.
