I wish I had a oscilloscope, I am sorry I can't do that as company is very small and does not have facility of oscilloscope, I know some of you will say that okay thats it go and buy one but its not that simple so I have to work without one atleast for this project.

The scope is like the eye for you to see. If you want to make a professional job you can't work without eyes.
If your comapny can't buy you a scope, try downloading one of the free sound card scopes software which uncle google will tell you where and I have'nt tried it.
There are quite cheap pc scopes like pico scope http://www.picotech.com.
I also discovered a 1 month free trial of sound card based spectrum analyser and function generator which is quite empressive, it is called spectra plus.
