a resistor to the NI input from the output and a resistor from the NI input to the "center voltage" will set the hysteresis.
an example, not a suggestion the comparator is 0V or 5V the center voltatge is 2.5V the resistor to the NI input from the output is 10k the resistor from the NI input to the "center voltage" is ik then if the output is high, the level on the input to dirve it low will be ~2.75V (I calculate in my head - imprecise) then if the output is low, the level on the input to drive it high will be ~2.25V (I calculate in my head - imprecise).
