This is the difference between UK and US EE degrees. We get three or four years of wide ranging Electronic and electrical engineering, with so many course options you don't get bored with all the lecturers. There are no "Major" and "minor" subjects. You get 35 hours of classes a week for 30 weeks a year for three years, plus any course work.Or at least we did 15 years ago. And we got programming classes as well as digital theory. I don't think the reverse was true for the CS people. Steve |
