Lance, in passing, brought up that he had taken a logic course at the philosophy dept. I took that at the community college well into my career and I strogly recommend that those of you who have'nt do so. It has given me another way of figuring out problems in both HW and SW that I can fall back on when the usual means does not lead to rapid results.
