Of course, you could "solve" the problem with a supervisor chip. But that would be totally wrong! A circuit must withstand such switchings on mains, without a supervisor chip! Here a firing supervisor chip indeed is an indication for a faulty design.
glad you agree the supervisory chip will help to cover the remaining and unavoidable malfunctionings... agree, but it is so sad that in many cases the above read "difficult to find the cause of" instead of "unavoidable" Erik |
