Pin 7 is tied to system or signal ground, pin 9 is tied to +V and pin 10 is tied to -V (where V is usually 12V). Most datasheets simply list them as Reserved or Reserved for test. And, as was just said, unless you can find a DB25 port to plug into, you're out of luck.
