Are you certain that the laser-printed image occludes enough of the light, i.e. is it dense enough? Did you have the toner-side of the laser-printed image in contact with the photosensitive material? If not, the thickness of your printed substrate (~3-5 mils) probably allowed enough light to "get around it" to reduce the line width by as much as 5 mils. RE |
