There you go again, and I see why, but he's already stated that he wants to use THESE components.
Like you, I'm a bit puzzled, but he hasn't asked how to do it with an ISP-capable chip, though that might even prove to be cheaper, and he hasn't asked how to do it differently. He's asked for help in doing a pretty specific thing, namely downloading code from the parallel port of his PC to his 80C51BH board, being operated as an 80C31, since he can't reprogram the internal ROM already in the chip, and, somehow, programm his EEPROM with that code using the MCU and memory components he already has on hand. Let's see, just this once, if we can't actually help him instead of just telling him he's wrong or stupid, or crazy, or something. RE |
