As I am not designing a real LED sign, I'm doing it for expriment only, it's not going to be on for long periods.
if you exceed the max wattage the package can handle you will damage the chips REAL FAST.

Could you please tell me which part do I need to use in order to get the result I wanted (6*7*10 LED matrix)? As I said, there are many models for the A6278 you recommended.

go with whicever your distributor has in stock, for all practical purposes, they are all the same.
