Since Dallas was kind enough to send me a DS89C450, I have the Datasheet right here. It says 1k MOVX SRAM in the summary. Where are you getting 4k?


Also... This is a $20 part in small quantities. Hardly low cost.


Atmel's AT89S52 is $2.
