Oh and I almost forgot... The uPSDs come with a lots of memory. The baseline uPSD3212 has 2kB of RAM and 80kB of FLASH and we bought them (in the 52 pin package) for around E7 apiece when sampling.

The top liners have as much as 32kB of RAM and more FLASH than an army of programmers can fill up in ten years :-)))

These are 5V 12-clockers (there are 4-clocker uPSDs too, 33xx and 34xx) good for up to 40MHz, but only in SMD (TQFP) if that matters.
