Comes with -almost- 2kB of RAM (Philips would call it 2kB), and the pricetag is bearable (RD2 for $10 piecewise in the drugstore, RB2 might be less).

RAM is for some reason unknown for me (OK, not THAT unknown...) a precious resource in microcontrollers...
